Jarin & Tushar
One of the things we pride ourselves upon at AuthenticAs is that we can take beautiful photographs of you no matter what the light is doing. That being said, if we can schedule your shoot for a time when the light will hopefully be at its best, then extremely magical images can be created.
Jarin & Tushar have been planning a trip to Queenstown this winter to celebrate their engagement and wanted to create some beautiful images for them to remember this special time in their lives. We live in Queenstown so we have oodles of knowledge about where to take people to create beautiful images.
Both of our luxurious Land Rovers are certified passenger vehicles and both us hold our passenger driving licenses, so you can really feel at ease that on one of our photoshoots you’ll travel in style and luxury. We’re also Department of Conservation concession holders, giving us access to some truly amazing and often very quiet and private locations for your shoot.
Before we meet you, we’ll discus possible locations with you and help you plan how your photoshoot will hopefully pan out. In the days leading up to our time together, we’ll be keeping and eye on the weather, constantly thinking about where will look magical.
This is the plan, what can actually happen is very much down to mother nature, she can play a very favourable card or mix it up a little for us all. We love this challenge. Because we’re constantly out and about with our camera’s and weather forecasting geeks, if it’s looking like the plan might have to change a little, you can rest assured we’re working on it and coming up with a perfect alternative.
Thankfully for Jarin & Tashur, our photoshoot went pretty much perfectly to our plan. We made the most of Coronet Peak and the entrance to Skippers canyon to create some stunning mountain top location photographs. We timed this for the sun to be just starting to creep behind the mountains and the most beautiful golden hour light.
We’re big believers of making the most of technology and only use the best professional grade Nikon cameras, lenses and flashes. We love the way we can add light into your photographs creating the most amazing photographs that look like stills from a Hollywood romance.
On our way from the mountains to the lake, we stopped off briefly at a beautiful back road to add in another slightly different location, really adding to the overall feel of the set.
Once we arrived at the lake, the light was just stunning. We made the most of this deserted peaceful location capturing more intimate photographs of Tashur replicating his proposal.
We then transported our couple home to their hotel, we also can drop you into town or a local vineyard, for a dinner reservation so you can enjoy all that Queenstown NZ has to offer.
